Back to the Future: My Exchange at Future Shop

Hello!

So, I decided to post a new post early this morning, as I really have nothing else to do :)

About a month ago, I bought a Sony mp3 player from Future Shop. 2 days ago, the earphones stopped playing music for some unknown reason. So, yesterday I went back to return the earphones.

However, once I got to the exchange desk, they did not know the value of the earphones, so I had to return everything; including my mp3 player.

So, now I have to put everything on it again; music, photos, videos. Everything.

Overall, my experience was pleasant, however I was not very happy that I now have to put everything on it again.

I have had nothing but back luck with my purchases at Future Shop. My camera broke, my portable DVD player was missing a cord (so I couldn't use it on Christmas Day!), and now this.

I'll let you all know how my new mp3 player is.

Anyone else have any experiences (good or bad) at Future Shop?
